Students will meet individually with their advisors for about an hour to choose classes, set goals and plan for the year.

Senior Parents’ Meeting
We will go over the various tasks seniors face this year both in terms of graduation and in terms of college or other post-high school plans. Your questions will be welcome.
Trimester One Begins
Students should arrive by 8:50 to check in with their advisors. The first class begins at 9.
Add-Drop Week Ends
Students can request changes to their schedules for trimester one through their advisors until 3:30 on September 9.
Roger Williams U. Visit
Tania Hurtado from Roger Williams University will be visiting to talk with interested students during advising in the MacLab.
Humanities Comp. 1
First opportunity to take the Humanities Competency exam this school year. The Humanities Comp. will be given every other Friday afternoon until February 7.
Initial Junior Meeting
This meeting will provide an overview of the year ahead and an opportunity to ask questions. It will be divided between graduation issues and post high school planning.
School of the Art Institute of Chicago visit
Come learn more about this top art school in the art room if you're a senior or sophomore. If you're a junior, you need to be at the Junior Meeting.
Senior Essay Deadline (second draft)
These are hard deadlines, and students who don't make one won't participate in this year's graduation. Therefore, no one should wait to turn the substantially revised draft in until this date.
