INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

School One first opened its doors to international students in 2012 and since then, has been enriched by the exchange of ideas, and opportunities to connect across national and cultural borders. We cap our international enrollment at 10% so our students can become fully immersed in the life of the school.

WHY SCHOOL ONE?

Our international students are drawn to School One’s world-class arts programs. Other School One hallmarks include small classes, intensive extra help, excellent teachers, and a welcoming, friendly school culture.

School One provides free after-school English as a Second Language classes, free SAT and TOEFL preparation classes, and one-on-one college and art school counseling. An art portfolio class prepares students for college admissions and our team provides extensive feedback on college essays. Each year, our students enroll at top art schools and colleges across the nation.

School One’s campus is in a tree-lined historic district in one of the most popular neighborhoods in the capital city of Providence, Rhode Island. Convenient to shopping and public transportation, our location is ideally located for students wanting a quiet community in which to learn and grow that is convenient to the major cities of New York and Boston.
