School One plans to begin COVID testing on location using the free BinaxNow tests provided by the RI Department of Health. Results from these tests are available within the hour. We feel this will provide an additional layer of safety in combination with all of our other prevention practices. If you would like to have your student participate in the COVID testing program, you need to sign the consent form below and return it to us as soon as possible.
We will be testing sub-groups of students on a weekly basis and would call you immediately if your student had a positive test result.
It is completely your choice whether to consent to testing and your choice as well about whether to send your student to school in our building. We do think that both will contribute to health and wellness for our community.
