School One recently received a $3,000 grant from Aroha Philanthropies to continue its intergenerational and adult learning programs. School One is one of twenty-five organizations across the United States to receive funding from Aroha Philanthropies as part of their new online learning program.
At School One this year, older adults can attend creative writing and arts classes online including free introductory tech classes. The first classes to be offered include Creating Comics and Graphic Novels, and Life’s Work, a creative writing nonfiction class. Contact Diana at School One to sign up.
