Rachael is a dedicated graduate student at Concordia University Irvine, currently pursuing her LMHC Licensure. She holds a degree from Grand Canyon University and specializes in a counseling style that is a blend of Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With a strong commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment, Rachael focuses on validating and normalizing each client’s unique experiences.
Her professional background includes working as a family clinician with families on the Gila River Reservation in Arizona, where she provided culturally sensitive care. Rachael has also worked extensively with children with autism and served as an in-home clinician with families in Rhode Island. She is passionate about working with students, helping them navigate life’s challenges while promoting self-awareness and emotional resilience.
